ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Orders received by 9am Monday through Friday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt; orders placed during the weekends or over holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. At most, orders may take up to 72 hours of receipt to ship from our facility. You will be contacted via e-mail once your order has shipped out. Example: if you place an order with us on Friday, the 1st business day starts on Monday, unless that was a holiday, then it would be Tuesday. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. When determining delivery of your order, please use this a guide or contact us if you have questions.

Standard orders can be shipped any of the following ways, based on our discretion. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier.
USPS: First Class (1-5 Days), Priority (1-3 Days)
UPS: Ground (1-7 Days)
Please note that any orders containing our Continuous Spray & Hand Sanitizer products must ship via a ground transit service only.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION:
Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your order if not sooner, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order and it has not left our facility, and you still wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee (minimum $5.00) for your canceled orders. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card in the event we have already processed your credit card for shipping. However, you will not be charged any fees to add items, change items, or canceled your order anytime prior to processing the order. An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, any changes or cancellation would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order shipment and given the order tracking number.
All orders placed in the continental United States are shipped using either USPS or UPS. Please be certain that you furnish us with correct street address and zip code. If UPS charges additional fees due to any incorrect information given by the purchaser, the purchaser will be responsible for these additional fees. This includes incorrect house number, misspelled street address, or a incorrect zip code. The purchaser will be supplied with a copy of the statement from UPS showing the additional fees and these fees will be charged to the credit card given at time of purchase.
Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but at this time we are not shipping to the UK. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCT.
If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of order placement, please notify us immediately. Normal orders require 3-5 days for delivery.
OTHER IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Order Shows Delivered, But You Did Not Receive It:
If after tracking your order it shows delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date shown by the shipping service for any credit or reshipment of product to be considered. Order Delivery Delayed Due to Acts of Nature:
Tropical Seas, Inc. shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays. Undeliverable Orders:
Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be charged a $12.00 order reprocessing fee plus a minimum $10.00 shipping and handling (S/H) fee for re-shipment. Actual additional (S/H) charges will depend on the carrier and service used, along with the re-shipment location. Prior to any re-shipment, we will inform you of the returned order, the return processing fee and the added (S/H) charges to your order for re-shipment. If you elect not to have us re-ship the products to you, we will issue you a refund for the order total less a 15% Restocking Fee PER ITEM and the Original Shipping Cost. If the returned shipment was a result of our error, you will not be charged any additional (S/H) fees and the products will be re-sent to you. INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
We triple check every order during the shipping process as carefully as possible, but occasionally an oversight may be made. We recommend you inspect the merchandise you order upon receipt. PROBLEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCT.
If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Merchandise that was incorrect due to our error will be exchanged at no charge (includes free S/H for the exchange). Note:
Unless otherwise approved by us, an incorrect product will ONLY be exchanged for the IDENTICAL or CORRECT PRODUCT originally ordered and no refunds or credits will be issued. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
In the event you receive any merchandise you feel is defective due to our error, you must notify Tropical Seas Inc. WITHIN 24 hours of order delivery for any replacement to be considered. If Tropical Seas, Inc. deem necessary to view the defective products, we may ask for photos or for the order to be sent back to us for our inspection. Merchandise found to be defective due to our error would be exchanged at no charge (includes free S/H for the exchange). Products determined to have been damaged as a result of customer misuse or excessive treatment will NOT be exchanged (Returns and Exchanges). BACK ORDERS:
In the event that a product is on temporary back order (more than 14 days) or is no longer available, we will advise you by email or phone. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
We stand behind the products we sell, and your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tropical Seas, Inc. may offer merchandise credit, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned within 10 days of purchase. No cash or credit refunds. We accept unopened and unused product only. We will not
accept returns of used products, repackaged products, or opened products. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Tropical Seas, Inc. to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance. Once you receive approval and a RMA (return material authorization) number, merchandise must be returned via ground at your expense, please mark outside of the box with the RMA number. We cannot be responsible for freight or shipping charges back to us. Exchange merchandise will be shipped back upon receipt of returned product at your expense. PRODUCT RETURNS UNAUTHORIZED OR NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE POLICY:
Products returned not in accordance with our above "Return & Exchange Policy" or are returned due to claims of being defective, but are found to be not defective, will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses the product, Tropical Seas, Inc. will retain property of the product and No Credit, Refund or Exchange will be issued or allowed to the customer. BLOCKED ACCOUNTS:
Tropical Seas, Inc. reserves the right to refuse business from any individual/business who it determines does not agree and/or has refused to follow our Terms of Sales and/or Return & Exchange Policies. Additionally, Tropical Seas, Inc. reserves the right to refuse business or give product assistance to any individual/business who contacted us by phone, letter or email and communicated to us in a way we felt was offensive, threatening, obscene or defamatory. Also, a customer who proceeds with a charge back against us and/or threatens such action or any other adverse action, legal or otherwise, against our company, may at the discretion of Tropical Seas, Inc. also be blocked from doing future business with our company.
